We want you to be fully satisfied with your photography gear, which is why we offer a 14-day return period on all cameras and lenses. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item in our inventory.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective caps are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
